This is my son’s favorite dish. Hard to pronounce for our non-Greek friends, yet very tasty and very easy to make. These actually freeze very well. Since Maria has an issue with my «excessive use of spices» I suggest you chew on something minty after having tried them…lol…

6-7 garlic cloves, finely chopped
2 eggs
2/3 cup breadcrumbs
2 Tbsps olive oil
1/3 cup milk
